Delete your CardEnvoy account and data
Last updated: October 22, 2026
CardEnvoy (operated by Aydahwa Enterprise FZ LLE) lets you delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1: delete it yourself in the app (immediate)
- Open the CardEnvoy app on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
If you can no longer open the app, email support@5usd.shop from the email address of your CardEnvoy account with the subject “Delete my CardEnvoy account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming your request, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account, your name and email address, and the link to your Apple or Google sign-in (and we revoke CardEnvoy’s access to your Apple account if you used Sign in with Apple).
- Your passkeys (the public keys we stored).
- All your cards, including the public card pages and their QR links.
- Your uploaded profile photos and company logos.
- Your purchase records on our servers.
- The Apple Wallet pass registrations for your cards (the device identifier and push token your device gave us to keep the pass up to date).
What is not deleted
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes you already added stay on your device or Google account until you remove them yourself. They no longer update after the card is deleted.
- Payment records that Apple, Google or Stripe keep under their own policies (for example in your App Store, Google Play or card statement history).
- Payment references on our side (the type and date of the entitlement event and the Apple, Google or Stripe transaction reference), which we keep for refund handling and financial reconciliation. They are no longer linked to your account or card: the card identifier is replaced by a one-way pseudonym and any free-text note is removed.
- Copies in our rotating database backups, including an encrypted off-site copy, which may still contain deleted data for up to 56 days after deletion, until the backups are overwritten.
- Standard server logs (IP address, time of request), which are kept for a short period for security and are not linked to a deleted account.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details about the data we collect.
