Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CardEnvoy: Business Card (the “Service”), provided by Aydahwa Enterprise FZ LLE (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The Service

CardEnvoy lets you build a digital business card, preview it and, after a one-time purchase for that card, share it by QR code and contact file (vCard) and add it to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. It is available on the web and in our iPhone and Android apps.

2. Accounts and security

You can sign in with email and password, Apple, Google or a passkey. You must give accurate information, be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@5usd.shop if you think your account has been misused.

3. Your content and your public card page

You keep ownership of the details, photos and logos you add (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to render your card and generate your passes. If you choose to publish a public card page or share a QR code, the information on that card can be seen by anyone with the link or code. Only share details you are happy to make public. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

4. Purchases

• Creating, editing and previewing a card are free.
• Activating a card is a one-time payment per card: it switches on the card’s QR code and public card page, enables sharing your contact file and unlocks the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Until a card is activated, its QR code and public link lead only to an activation page and no personal details are published.
• Payment is handled by Stripe on the web, by Apple for in-app purchases on iPhone, and by Google Play for the Android app. We do not receive your card number.
• The price shown at checkout applies. Taxes may be added where required.
• Refunds follow the rules of the payment provider you used (Apple, Google or Stripe). For web purchases you can also contact us at support@5usd.shop.
• Unlocked cards are sealed so the pass always matches; to use different details, create a new card.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to impersonate another person or organisation;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data;
• misuse the Wallet pass features, for example to mislead others about who you are.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these terms. Apple, Apple Wallet, Google and Google Wallet are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.

7. Availability and no warranty

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Wallet features also depend on Apple and Google, which we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data, profit or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected card. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time, in the app under Settings or at /account-deletion. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the Service. Wallet passes you have already saved may remain on your device until you remove them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. When we make material changes to the terms we will update the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Fujairah. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
