How much does it cost?
Creating, editing and previewing a card are free. A one-time payment per card activates its QR code and public card page, lets you share your contact (vCard, AirDrop, Quick Share) and unlocks the signed Apple Wallet pass and the Google Wallet pass: US$5.00 on the web, US$4.99 in the iPhone app (Apple in-app purchase) and in the Android app (Google Play).
I forgot my password
On the website, open the sign-in page and choose “Forgot password?” (cardenvoy.com/forgot-password). We email you a link to set a new password. If that does not work, email support@5usd.shop from your account email. You can also sign in with Apple, Google or a passkey.
How do I create a business card?
Sign in, create a card, enter your details (name, title, company, phone, email, address), add your photo and logo, and choose a colour. The preview matches how the pass looks in Apple Wallet.
How do I add my card to Google Wallet?
On Android, unlock the card with the one-time purchase, then tap “Add to Google Wallet” in the app (or on the website). The pass opens in the Google Wallet save screen.
How do I add my card to Apple Wallet?
Unlock the card with the one-time purchase, then tap “Add to Apple Wallet”. The signed pass is generated for you and opens in the Wallet add screen.
Why do I need to purchase a card?
Designing and previewing a card is free. To prevent abuse of the free service, the QR code and the public card page only work after a one-time purchase per card, which also unlocks the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. On iPhone this is an Apple in-app purchase, on Android a Google Play purchase, and on the web it is paid by card.
How does someone save my contact with my photo?
Use “Share contact” to send your contact file with your photo by AirDrop (or Quick Share on Android). Or, once your card is activated, let them scan your card’s QR code: it opens your card page, where “Save to Contacts” adds you with your photo. A plain text QR code cannot carry a photo.
Can I edit a card after purchasing it?
Purchased cards are locked so the pass in your Wallet always matches. Create a new card if you need different details. The QR code type can still be changed.
My Wallet pass shows old information.
Apple Wallet caches passes. Delete the old pass in Wallet and add the card again.
How do I delete my account?
In the iPhone or Android app go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, cards, purchase records and uploaded photos. You can also email us. Details: cardenvoy.com/account-deletion.
Report a card page
To report a public card page that is abusive or unlawful, or that shows your details without your permission, email support@5usd.shop with the link to the page (cardenvoy.com/c/…). We review reports and may disable the page.
Refunds
Apple in-app purchases are refunded through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). For web purchases email us with your account email.
